With thoughtful and provocative lyrics, well rounded, progressive riffs, and a distinctive sound, Valénte defines themselves as an extravagant combination of progressive-, psychedelic and art-rock.

The four musicians, who are from three separate countries, met each other in November of 2013 in Mannheim, Germany. Through their various influences, as well as their shared interest for bands like Radiohead, Foo Fighters and Muse, their style quickly emerged.

They observe the world as a place full of contradictions and integrate this into their music: mellow, melodic guitar tracks interrupted by sudden bursts of sound.

They wish to play music and continue their work, while being as creative as possible, throughout their career. Valénte currently aspires to captivate audiences and contribute their art around the world, while still preserving their unique and contemporary style.
