Critics have compared Jackson's songwriting to artists as diverse as Joni Mitchell, Stevie Wonder and Nick Drake, and awarded "Shoeless and the Girl" 4 and 5 star reviews. None other than jazz legend Wayne Shorter personally approved Jackson's original lyrics to be set to two Shorter tunes - no mean feat for a songwriter still in his twenties.

A prolific songwriter Jackson writes from the heart, finding inspiration everywhere. With a distinctive voice, the songs are drawn from the imagination of a natural storyteller and have an ethereal, other-worldly quality while being grounded in reality.

Having sold out festival stages and venues in the UK and New Zealand, live touring in 2016 will see debuts in Germany and the USA and a continuation of the hugely successful Door to Door Tour plus established live music venues.
