A young Dylan McCleary teams up with local musician Spike Day(TheGates,TwaBadPennies) at his home studio to start putting melodys together,they soon added Spikes friend Stu on lead they started off playing open mic style gigs then added a young exciting drummer DeclanTosh and a crazy Russian Moscow Eck on bass and TheUnRomanticS were born ...After playing local events and festivals they got there first BIG gig supporting LTS from glasgow @Buskers (scottish venue of the year,formally The Doghouse, 2008/09/10 1) on there Scottish tour then they were asked to follow LTS back to Glasgow for there homecoming gig.The lads then played Forfar music festival and were asked to open for ACDC respect the gods' festival,then the boys were more than happy to co headline with Glasgow Ska giants The Begbies, Soon after they were featured in local gig guide for ones to watch they lost lead guitarist Stu but Moscow stepped up from and introduced his Russian friend Vadim on bass and the boys began to rebuild and back more than ever they ended 2014 with a demo recorded by ScaryPeople's ScottyAnderson, banging gig supporting Q magizine & NME's bands of 2015 Jim Valentine on there Hello tour and RadioKC #indie top trending bands of 2014 coming number 5 with demo single Lessons, so if your looking to get to a gig that YOU will not forget ,,,, we r we r we r the un romantics
