ReVerse Bullets is a rotating lineup of filmmakers, musicians and visual artists founded by filmmaker Jon-Carlos Evans (alias: Klaas von Karlos) in New York City in 2009.

Through a collision of industrial noise cum funk and psychedelic electronica synths, ReVerse Bullets project audiovisual “anti-propaganda” and noise-collage molotovs like an amalgam of Stan Brakhage cum Sonic Youth and Sergei Eisenstein cum Massive Attack. Twisted samples of capitalist, western & religious propaganda collide with the band’s electronic cum noise funk and dialectic imagery to create a sensory experience that is part multimedia essay, improvisational electronica, performance art and rock concert.

Since inception, ReVerse Bullets has performed at media arts festivals and venues in New York City, Rome, Paris, Linz, and Berlin. Following the release of their 2013 debut audiovisual album, “Drapetomania!” ReVerse Bullets performed at the 2013 Live Performers Meeting Roma, Dimanche Rouge Festival for Experimental Performance in Paris, Re/Mix Media Festival III & IV in New York City, the Symbiotic Cube Label Release Party during Ars Electronica in Linz, and the DYS #1 Ambient.Noise.Improv Festival in Berlin. “Drapetomania!” was also nonimated for “Best Remix” at the 2013 MashRome Film Festival. Aside from live performances, the A/V album and its video-song singles - “Pale Castle,” “(Sub)Version), and “(Extra)Version,” have screened at the 2013 Bilbao Experimental Film & Video Festival, the Museo d’arte Contemporanea Roma, Acquario Romano – Roma, and the Instituto Cervantes-Berlin.
