Singer songwriter Rees Sorby living in North Wales blends his influences of jazz and lo-fi folk sensibilities with confessional story telling lyrics of the experiences of his own and those around him.
His set to release his self recorded debut album 'away' is due for release in February, following the theme of reasons why someone might want to be someone else whether it's relationship struggles falling out of love, domestic violence or feelings of anxiety and discontent in a current situation.
