After just over a year as a band, they have received critical acclaim on their two EP's, and sold out venues around Sheffield such as The Leadmill, O2 Academy and Plug, as well as winning the best unsigned band award in 2016 at the Exposed Awards; KONG are quickly becoming one of the hottest bands in South Yorkshire. With ballsy bass, gritty guitar and dynamic drums mixed in with the social commentary of experiences around the steel city, this band have acquired an army of loyal fans that have in turn allowed them to pull in an even larger fan base. They are certainly one band to look out for in the future.
