Malaysian-English indie artist Joshua Ng explores the notions of time, the changing of the seasons and the importance of self-irony.

"Is that a heartbeat or is it an aorta just happy with the way things are and wants to retain this calm status quo. Not sure which but it ensured a sense of calm descended on the chaos that is our morning ritual. The kids quietened, the postman stopped whistling and all around the winds outside appeared to take on a secondary importance. And this crooner belies what is a narrative containing his own personal frustration. But the momentum takes us to that hammock in our mind and while it might enough to stir us that is quite the niche to occupy so will be interested to see where Ng goes with this."
