He releases and performs music both under his real name and under Twile alias.

Twile was originally a dubtechno-influenced project that later evolved into electronica / folktronica / trip-hop / post-punk project. Vocalist Laura Lehtola (singer and spoken word) appears on the upcoming album and the gigs.

Jarmo Huhta’s cinematic expression combines modern classical music, neofolk, ambient, free jazz and spoken word.

Huhta has released on several Central European labels. He has performed in Finland, Germany and United States.

His previous full-length album release (Jarmo Huhta: Midair, 2020) was released by German-based Midira Records. Twile’s Hunger Moon -album will be released on British Cruel Nature Records in autumn 2024.

couple of years ago released Midair album, was a delightfully nutty album
of personal music. The same free approach also characterizes Twile's

and cinematic elements.

Initially Twile was supposed to be dubtech project, but since then the
development has developed in different directions. Guest vocalist Laura

in the sky, The keywords include also hypnotism. The patterns of the
stringed instruments, the paths of the rhythms and the calmness of the
