4 and 5 part harmonies form the heart of their sound with ambient electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass, piano, drums and synth adding the skin and bones. The genre defying quintets songs have been described as a mix of ambient, folk, pop, rock and 'doomy, frankly terrifying' music with sincere and heartbreaking vocal delivery and lyrics that are drawn from an occasionally pitch black seam. With their engaging live shows swinging wildly in mood and tone Handsome Handsome are a live act to watch out for.
