AESON is a festival of arts in nature developed since 2008 in the Isonzo River Mouth Nature Reserve (Friuli Venezia Giulia / Italy). By capturing the soul of the places hosting it, AESON creates events characterized by unprecedented paths of land art and environmental art, proposes and promotes international musical projects, site specific artistic actions, electronics, multimedia, meetings, naturalistic culture and a marked attention to the aspects of sociality and the territory. The locations of the festival are those of the Isonzo park in the town of Fiumicello Villa Vicentina (UD) where in the weeks before the festival local artists are invited to create scenography and art installations with natural materials.
