The pianist Florian Favre is one of the most brillant musician of his generation, a true rising star, constantly acclaimed by the critics here and elsewhere.
Through his clear and original writing, he offers a demystified, popular, sensitive and eruptive Jazz: music that doesn’t apologize for it's requirements yet isn't only reserved to intellectuals.
After the big success of the last album « Ur » in 2016, the Swiss piano player presents « On a Smiling Gust of Wind » with Manu Hagmann (bass) and Arthur Alard (drums), his two outstanding complices whose agility and musicality allow the trio to make use of an endless spectrum of nuances.
