Die Berliner vereinen Gothic, Dark/Black Metal, Doom, Jahrmarktsmusik und Hörspielelemente und entführen ihre Hörer in eine geheimnisvolle, skurrile Zwischenwelt zwischen Diesseits und Jenseits. Das aktuelle Album der Berliner Dark-Horror-Metal-Band heißt “Geysterstunde II” und erschien im August 2014 über Einheit Produktionen/Soulfood. Es vereint verschiedenste Stile zu einem abwechslungsreichen, ausgereiften Klangkosmos, in den Cello und Violine erstmals fest integriert sind und der zeigt, wie schwermetallische Schauerromantik klingen muss!

In der Vergangenheit hat die Band die Bühne bereits mit großen Namen wie Opeth, Samael, Amorphis, Letzte Instanz, Secrets Of The Moon, Diary Of Dreams, The Vision Bleak, Krypteria, Megaherz, Das Ich, Lacrimas Profundere oder Nachtblut geteilt und spielte auf großen Festivals wie dem Wave Gotik Treffen (2x), M’era Luna und Castle Rock. Alle bisherigen 5 Alben fanden bei Fans und Presse stets positiven Anklang, wovon nicht zuletzt über 60.000 Free-Downloads des Debüts “Traumtrophäen Toter Trauertänzer” (2004) bis heute zeugen.

With their five previous albums Eden Weint Im Grab established themselves as a self-contained band with artistic claim in the metal and gothic scene. The Berlin based band combines gothic, dark/black metal, doom, carnival music and audio drama elements and abduct their listeners into a mysterious, odd twilight zone between this world and the other side. The new album, “Geysterstunde II”, combines different genres in a diversified, mature sound cosmos with cello and violin fully integrated. This is how heavy Gothic Romanticism should sound!

In the past the band shared the stage with big names like Opeth, Samael, Amorphis, Letzte Instanz, Secrets Of The Moon, Diary Of Dreams, The Vision Bleak, Krypteria, Megaherz, Das Ich, Lacrimas Profundere or Nachtblut and played on big festivals like the Wave Gotik Treffen (2x), M’era Luna, Darktroll and Castle Rock.
