She is known for her vocal improvisation and skillful harmonies, as well as a commanding stage presence. A trained jazz vocalist and classical pianist, Caro’s music is genre bending, combining jazzy and soulful vocals with bouncy pop songs and an indie-rock attitude.
Caro released her debut album "Playroom" in 2022 with support from the Initiative Musik. In December 2022 "Playroom" subsequently won 5 awards at the 2022 Deutscher Rock & Pop Preis, including Best Pop Singer, Best Pop Album, and Song of the Year. In 2024 she joined forces with Munich musician and composer Fabian Muschelknautz and released a single “Hung Up On You,” which will be followed with an EP.

Caro Kelley is a constant presence in Munich’s music scene, both as a songwriter, and performer. Caro and her 7-piece soul-pop band performed throughout 2023 at the Lange Nacht der Music, Augsburg Jazz Mainacht, StuStaCulum, The Munich Sessions Summer Fest, Munich Rocks, and Tollwood. Consisting of two keyboards, bass, guitar, drums, trumpet, and backing vocals, the Caro Kelley band have been praised for their tight arrangements and big pop sound, and have cultivated a strong following in Munich. In October 2023, Caro joined the Wombeats Tour through Europe, performing solo in Budapest, Vienna, and London. She then returned for her first headline show in the UK, playing at the Star in Shoreditch in London. In December she and her band finished
2023 with a headline show at Feierwerk Orangehouse.
