Este un proyecto donde se fusionan elementos de música cubana como el Danzón, El cha cha chá, La guaracha y el mambo. Una gran parte interpretada en idioma catalán, aunque también lo hace con su parte los guajiros catalanes en español, portugués e inglés. Este proyecto vio la luz por primera vez en 2015 bajo el sello discográfico PICAP con el disco ARROZ CON MANGO (Una perspectiva caribeña de la música catalana). Disco donde ZaideCuba pasar por el filtro cubano variados artistas de la música en idioma catalán tanto clásicos como actuales. Algunos de ellos fueron Joan Manuel Serrat, Raimon, Ovidi Montllor, Perros, Sau, Marc Parrot entre otros. En el año 2016 bajo el mismo sello salió al mercado un álbum digital titulado ARROZ CON MANGO Vol.2 donde ZaideCuba continúa con la versiones pero se atreve por primera vez a musicar poemas una costumbre muy arraigada entre los artistas de Cataluña y, a más a componer su primeras piezas en idioma catalán. 2017 comenzó un largo proceso creativo que culminó recientemente dando como resulta su 3er álbum en idioma catalán y que tiene por título ESCALIVADA CON COCO. En este álbum ZaideCuba compuso, arregló y produjo 11 piezas una gran parte de temas compuestos por él y algunas versiones y composiciones a medias con otros autores. Actualmente su espectáculo está compuesto por piezas de 3 discos. Un espectáculo para bailar y pasarlo muy bien. El proyecto de ZaideCuba se ha presentado en diversos festivales y cuenta con el reconocimiento de la prensa local de Cataluña aunque su idea es expandir su proyecto a nivel nacional e internacional.
