The melancholic and dark of VildirHeart has a touch of Bright Eyes and Regina Spector, but with a Scandinavian temperament and with inspiration from bands like "Of Monsters And Men" or "Small Time Giants". VildirHeart play their own version of alternativ pop, mixed with influences from US indie bands like MAE or "Dashboard Confessional" or "The Cranberries". Band members are Karin, Fredrik and Maia Dietrichson (Mum on song-writing, piano and vocals, son on bass and vocals, daughter Maia doing lead vocals), Joakim Wingenblixt guitars and Christoffer Lindgren on drums.
