MILESTONES

Trash Candy formed in 2009. While making their own songs and playing numerous shows in the first two years, they've released their first full-length in 2011, after the earlier release of their first single "Dance". This single was released in June 2011 with a music video that has over 32000+ views up to this date. The single stayed on the new chart of Videozid for the maximum time of 8 weeks.

The second single and video for the song "Once again" was released across the Balkans in march 2012 and reached #4 on MTV Balkans "Domacica" chart.
That and superb, energy-filled live performances helped the band get voted as The MTV BAND OF 2012. Getting that title, gave band a boost, so while playing festivals and clubs across Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and went to Portugal for the first time, they prepared a new single and video for a song "Remember!" in fall 2012. In September 2012 they were picked as the only Slovenian nominee for MTV VMA awards. The single "Remember!" later reached #1 on "Domacica" chart and stayed there for 3 weeks.
In 2013 they've received a MTV Play award for most played video in Balkan area. While playing abroad, they continued to write and produce new music.
In may 2013 they've release their second full-length on a Serbian label Mascom records (license of Warner Music).
This record includes a guest vocal appearance from Nations Afire's lead singer Nikolas Hill (also a member of the South Californian group IGNITE) on the song "We're all in the same boat".

It's now November 2013 and Trash Candy just got home from their first full European tour that brought them to Germany, Belgium, Austria, Hungary, Czech Rep.,....and to top of this years achievements, Trash Candy got chosen out of hundreds of bands to play the VANS WARPED TOUR VIENNA.
