The Silk Road have been compared to several bands but no single band are alike as the sound is quite unique. Some tracks are more punk rock than folk, and some are more folk than punk rock. The band are quite diverse when writing songs and do not follow a particular trend / style but right from the off, the Silk Road guarantee that you will not be standing still due to the infectious riffs, grooves and melody emitting from any stage they play.
The Silk Road are currently looking to play music venues, festivals, and other events.
Having already played some local festivals throughout 2016, we have been overwhelmed with the response and feedback from the events. We are hoping for a very busy 2017 as the band are looking forward to some dates already booked.
