Formed in early 2013, Swampgrass have evolved into a 7 piece blues band featuring female lead vocals, a brass section, harmonica and a tight, groovy rhythm section.
The band favours up tempo / high energy tunes that swing and deliver an energetic set designed to have the crowd dancing. The first single “Little Things” was released in October 2014 and has received airplay across the UK and on blues stations in the USA. A live recording was completed late last year ans a compilation video from the live recording show is available on Youtube.
Swampgrass have played several festivals over the last couple of years including Glastonbury 2014, Farm Festival, Godney Gathering, Headlander, Sat in a Field and more as well as maintaining a full gig calendar.
