The band combines American Grunge music and British melody Rock, which goes by the name "Mellow-Grunge". The band is currently focusing on the International music market, and aiming to increase their fan base by promoting their album and booking a future tour (2014 dates). In addition, the band is working now on their second album.

Stand Still is a Post-Grunge band, originally from Haifa, Israel. The first collaboration between musician Idan Hanuka (guitars/vocals) and producer Ralph Huber (drums /backing vocals) was in 2010, and it all started when they met at the studio for sessions which resulted a high quality of sound and performance. The result was so impressive that they decided to work on a full length album. After getting lots of great feedbacks from listeners, they decided to form a band that will perform live with the songs which have been put together at the studio. Guitarist Nir Shaked has joined the band on lead guitars, and later on musician Shay Solomon (aka Shay Solo) has joined the band on bass guitar, and both became official band members of Stand Still.
The newly created band appeared to be a very well fitted group, since all the band members have a long musical career behind and great experience. The band combines American Grunge music and British melody Rock, which goes by the name "Mellow-Grunge".
On the 1st of May 2013 the band released their debut album "Analog", which contains 14 original songs. Most of the songs describe a different point of view of historical and biblical stories. The album is available on iTunes, Bandcamp, Spotify and etc. In addition, the band started their new tour "Across Israel 2013" with shows all around the country. "Analog" has been receiving lots of positive feed-backs and reviews, and was chosen as one of the greatest new albums for 2013. On February 2014 the music video of their new song, “Kiss Me”, has been released and received lots of positive feedbacks from all around the world. Currently, the band is recording their second album, and working on their next tour.
