Shamona pride themselves on performing as many live shows as possible, and as a result have played many famous venues and festivals in and around the U.K. Performing in such diverse venues as Liverpool’s "Royal Philharmonic Hall" "Goodison Park" (home of Everton FC) and "Liverpool International Music Festival" to name a few, this has helped the Liverpool three piece band build up a loyal fan base. They have also opened for many national touring acts and have received plaudits and endorsements from the likes of Edwin McCain (platinum selling US singer/songwriter), Dave McCabe (The Zutons) Nile Rogers (Chic) Garry Christian (The Christians) Tom Clarke (The Enemy) and footballer, Everton and England’s Leighton Baines (EFC). Shamona have also recently been championed by BBC Radio Merseyside’s Dave Monks, Billy Butler, Spencer Leigh, and Jay Hynd and Ellie Phillips of Juice FM, Bay TV Liverpool.
Their latest single "FLY" was co-written with platinum selling artist "Edwin McCain". Shamona are really gathering momentum, one fan at a time.
