The beginning of the band dates back to 2010, but it all started in May 2014, when the band's composition stabilized. In June 2014 they supported Black Radio on their tour, and in August they organized their own acoustic tour. In June 2015 they participated in the main casting for the talent show Must Be The Music. At the end of 2015 they organized their next acoustic tour. In March 2017, the band's video for "Pusty Ląd" appeared on their YouTube chanel.

In April the same year Set The Point set off on a tour, this time supporting the British band ROOM94. In June they took part in the 1st Silesian Student Festival, which resulted in the third place. In September 2017, they toured again with ROOM94 in four Polish cities. In 2018 the band passed to finals of LifeOnStage competition. May the 1st 2019 STP released their debut album “THE LIGHT”.
