Following a few shows in Germany, England, France & Switzerland, early 2020 we went for one month tour in Casamance, Senegal & in The Gambia. We went back for a wider sound system tour in that region in February 2024. Preparing for a broader West African Tour, November 2024...
Meanwhile, we mostly been working on our debut album (which will be released gradually until August 2024)& performing a few shows between France, Switzerland & the U.K.
Previously released : “Oh Afreeka", "We all are witnesses", "Mon Amour” are available on all digital platforms. We also collaborated on some “one riddim” releases: “My vibration” produced by Full Force Click Muzik (heard on BBC one xtra) and “Father to the Fatherless” produced by The Mighty All Stars band(UK).
LIVE ON STAGE: LEAD SINGER & BACKING DJ. POSSIBLY WITH A LIVE BAND and/or BACKING VOCALS Gemma, Redemption Soul’s songstress, started to sing professionally in hotels across Spain from a young age. She later joined the London community gospel choir. Since then, she’s performing a “Tribute Show” to Whitney Houston. She writes her own music.
Babakar Fall was a reggae Dj for 15 years, backing singers such as Tonton David, Dub Inc, Jah Cure.., entertaining clubs & festivals (Musique et Vie_Senegal, Jamaican Sunrise_France...) throughout Europe & West Africa. He composes and co write for Redemption Soul.
Jo Red is a soundman & engineer as well as a Reggae dictionary. He created & crafted Roots/Dub sound system dedicated preamps as well as bluetooth mini sound system. He’s checking on every step of Redemption Soul, mostly active in the finalisation process.
