They blend influences of rhythm&blues, rockabilly, boogie, Americana and indie rock into a garage rock sound.
Their first single "Sve će zabave biti iste" published in 2015 quickly found its place on "Pop Mašina"' (B92 radio) top ten list. In December 2016 Prljave Sestre shared their first (self titled) album on their bandcamp page. It received numerous positive reviews, among others by the radio Bruškin from Kotor, a review by Dubravko Jagatić in Croatian magazine National and the radio show "Neonska Duga" by Žikica Simić. Album was announced by band's first official music video - "Prljavi Crv". In April 2017 album was published by "Lampshade Media" record label. This was followed by the second music video for the song "Niže Od Dna".
Over the past 3 years, Prljave Sestre have had many performances in a variety of clubs and festivals in country and region. At the moment they are promoting their first album and working on material for the second one. The band recently performed on Exit 2017 music festival. In August 2017 they will perform on Nisville international jazz and blues festival.
