The OMY’s sound definitely gravitates towards psychedelic rock. However their sound can’t be defined as this musical genre per se. Due to band members’ love for jazz improvisation and their constant experimentation with the sound, their music grows out of genre's limitations.

Despite sometimes unorthodox combinations like a marimba with an electronic jam session a-la boiler room combined with acoustic instruments, every piece is unique and filled with energy.

The OMY band currently consists of Igor Volkov (vocals/electronics), Daniel Izmaylov (guitar, percussion and electronics), Gleb Galdin (bass guitar), Iliya Kruchinin (drums), Sergey P. (keyboard, percussion), Sergey Khramtcevich (saxophone).
