With his new solo project Nik Nova returns to his musical roots and releases with "At The Crossroads" his first solo album.

Ten songs are included, whose singer/songwriter foundations transport influences from blues, rock, grunge, brit-pop, indie and dark folk to address different emotional stages, carried by Nik's changeable and captivating vocals.

For the Cologne native, the album is an affair of the heart: "Loss and grief, the desire for a better society and time, longing, anger, fear and insecurity: there is hardly anyone who does not feel all this at the moment. I hope my music can be a catalyst to confront these issues in a healthy way and ultimately take something positive from it."

The final overall result is an intense and personal album that you can clearly hear comes from a gifted musician and songwriter who knows how to translate emotions into sounds and create an individual musical character from a wide variety of influences. And it is a reminder that a time will come that is less hopeless and stagnant, especially in cultural and interpersonal terms, and in which music will once again be allowed to be a social and societal event.

Career Highlights:
He successfully organised "Shouts And Whispers" indie festival in may 2023 in Odonien and rocked the
stage with his trio
He played Kunstrasen Bonn with a full backup band in 2022 at FolkPickNick as one of the main acts

As a solo artist he played countless solo gigs in the clubs and bars of Germany and parts of Europe,
Live At Heart, Fete De la Musique Berlin and Cologne (three times), Photokina and Ehrenfeld Hopping Cologne

He was sharing the same stage with huge Indie and Folk stars such as Shawn James, Aydo Abay,
Fox And Bones, Mrs Greenbird and many others during his solo career.

As a guitarist during his early years he was part of KKN, one of the biggest indie bands from Belgrade,
playing festivals like Exit.
In 2009 he participated with his alternative rock band Starfish Prime at the 20 years festivities of the
rock magazine Visions. During the years 2009-1014 he played countless shows with SP.
