*TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GIGMIT PRO WITH A 1-MONTH FREE TRIAL

1. The gigmit PRO annual subscription has a contractual duration of one year, and begins with the completion of the gigmit PRO booking. It costs € 19,- plus VAT per month of the contractual period. Each contractual month will be invoiced at the start of the month in question.

2. FREE TRIAL: As long as a user profile has not yet booked a gigmit PRO annual subscription, the user in question can use gigmit PRO for free during the first month of the annual subscription. Until the expiration of the first contractual month, the gigmit PRO annual subscription can be cancelled at any time, without a notice period. In that case, the user will not be charged and the gigmit PRO annual subscription will be terminated at the end of the first month.

3. If the gigmit PRO annual subscription is not cancelled by the end of the first contractual month, the remaining months of the annual subscription become payable. In that case, the gigmit PRO annual subscription can be cancelled only at the end of the contractual year, with a notice period of 14 days. Should there be no notice of termination at the end of a contractual year, gigmit PRO will be automatically extended for another year, for a price of € 19,- plus VAT per contractual month.

4. In the event of a successful cancellation, all gigmit PRO features remain fully available to subscribers as part of their profile until the end of the FREE TRIAL month, or until the end of the contractual period, depending on the case.
