After the release of YESTERDAY'S SUN, the presentation of which took Xavier Casellas to present it at 38th Barcelona International Jazz Festival and at the renown Dizzy’s Club at Lincoln Center in New York City, and later, his second CD entitled UNGUARDED SMILES in which he penned tunes by great artists such as Kurt Rosenwinkel, Brad Mehldau, Emilio Solla or Frederic Mompou, he now presents his new album taking a slightly different approach."Les mil cares" (The thousand faces) is a blend of songs mostly written by himself in which we'll find a the great diversity of styles and influences he's embraced thoughout his career.
