We are Molass – a Neo-Soul band looking for gigs at clubs and jazz festivals in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, and Switzerland.

Molass is a genre-blending Neo-Soul quartet from Cologne (Germany) that combines groove, emotional depth and musical curiosity. The band around vocalist and songwriter Marissa Möller, keyboardist Jan Lammert, bassist Julian Schwiebert and drummer Lambert Windges fuses modern soul with psychedelic elements, electronica, jazz and indie – powerful, dreamy, and always surprising. Their songs tell sonic stories of hope and melancholy, strength and vulnerability.

With soulful vocals, harmonic richness and a strong sense for dynamics, Molass creates a unique signature sound – urban, elegant and poetic – somewhere between Hiatus Kaiyote and Moses Sumney.
