Centering around noisy guitars and big drums, the small group produces a loud and ear piercing sound filled with love, desperation, tenderness and violence.
Referred to as the Norwegian answer to The White Stripes, the duo started up in 2012 and released their first album the same year; "Tabula Rasa", which got listed on the Norwegian equivalent to BBC One; NRK P3 and led to a booking deal with Sony Music Live in Norway. Their second album was released in February 2014, where the track "Ready To Die" got listed on NRK P3.
After playing all the biggest festivals in Norway during the summer of 2014, as well as Roskilde Festival in Denmark, Kindred Fever set out on a Fall tour across the country of Norway. After a hectic summer and fall, Kindred Fever are now withdrawing back into the studio to record new material which will be released during the first half of 2015.
They are playing their first show in the UK at The Shipping Forecast in Liverpool 16th January.
