The main idea is to mix the sound of a midi marimba and the sound of classical percussion instruments. The two percussionists play the bass lines, melodies, drum beats, vocals and special sounds at the same time. This is possible trough an intelligent setup and good arrangements. But the KFClub project is not just a percussion duo; the name stands for open doors to different musicians. Today, KrausFrink's club program has the honor to be supported by two wonderful musicians, singer Johanna Vargas and electro-musician Georg Conrad from Coma Music. This is the quartet which produces a very unique style and sound. Their first concerts were: Tripclubbing @ Stadtgarten (Philharmonie Cologne) and Audi Sommerkonzerte (Maki Club) in Ingolstadt.
Their music and program can be played in clubs, open air stages, but on classical stages too!
