Jylda (Electronic Pop/Alternative) Jylda is the project of singer, songwriter and producer Gianna Gehlhar.

Her latest single "The Body" was released in June 2017 with a music video directed by David Vajda that premiered on Kaltblut Magazine and was featured in Intro Magazin's videos of the week. It got selected by several film festivals: the International Music Video Underground Festival, the Bucharest ShortCut Cinefest and the Bogotá Music Video Festival.
Jylda's tracks were also featured on blogs like Fame Magazine, Going Solo, No Fear Of Pop and Indietronica, on the radio stations Radio Fritz and You Fm and in the music magazines Lowdown Magazine and Melodie & Rhythmus to name a few.
She has played shows & festivals around Europe, including both headline and support shows in London and at the Alternative Great Escape Festival in Brighton. Jylda also performed as an opening act for LANY at Kantine am Berghain in Berlin.
After traveling around California and spending some time in Los Angeles to write, she is currently working on her debut EP in London.

“When we received Jylda's song "The Body", we were lost in her pensive space for hours on end – playing the thing in a perpetual loop, unable to turn it off.” - Fame Magazine

“Hooked from first bar.” - Brooklyn Radio

“With absolutely gorgeous vocals swimming around an ethereal electronic pop soundscape, there is an uncanny sophistication and grace bursting from the sound, with a sense of passion embedded in every note.” - Colorising

“Just when you thought you know all the cool stuff that’s going on, that’s, of course, the moment when you catch a left hook, out of the blue, and drop to your knees dumbfounded. And boy done Jylda hit us hard.” - Lodown Magazine
