Originally from the sunny lands of South America, JUAN GANDAN is a group founded in 2020 and based in Strasbourg.
They transport you into a unique musical whirlwind that blends traditional salsa with jazz and funk influences, creating a modern and festive sound.
The band is made up of 9 musicians (vocals, piano, bass, percussion, backing vocals, and brass). JUAN GANDAN has recently released a new album (EP) and is currently offering a captivating 1.5-hour show, featuring original compositions and arrangements.
The year 2024 was a milestone for JUAN GANDAN, allowing them to showcase their new repertoire and solidify their musical identity on stage. In 2025, they plan to record a 10-track album (LP), promising even more originality and energy.
