I am from Austria and I am known for my individual, emotional and soulful interpretation of my compositions. My songs do have a certain complexity, progressivity but ease. They touch the audience. They make them groove and move and sometimes thoughtful. People´s stories can be found in my lyrics – in my story. I like to perform and I love to integrate my audience and exchange my energy with them. Influences of soul music, R & B and Jazz can be found as well as parallels to music styles of cultures I had the possibility to get to know all over the world. And of course percussions. It´s kind of a mix of lot´s of stlyes and grooves. I call it NU-SOUL ADULT CONTEMPORARY MUSIC WITH A LATIN- AND JAZZFLAVOUR.
My voice sometimes sounds soft, soulful and mysterious but also powerful and dynamic. Make up your mind, listen to some songs or let´s see at a show. Iris Camaa
