The Girobabies are a 4 piece post-punk band from Glasgow that blend everything from Grunge to Post-rock with a biting lyrical edge. The Giros have released Two mini-albums on their own label `Social Not Working` and `Bus Stop Apocalypse` and are in the process of releasing their first album proper `Who Took Utopia?` in may 2015. The previous releases have already attracted the attention of celebrity fans Paul Heaton, Steve Mason , Alabama 3 and Gail Porter (!!!). The band have received international airplay from around the globe including BBC 6 Music and have played up and down the country including most recently at the famous Glasgow Barrowlands Ballroom. They have consolidated themselves as a true festival band with slots at Knockengorroch, Salford Music Festival, Kelburn Garden Party and Audio Soup to name but a few.
