Freda & The High Tides were formed in 2011 through a shared love of dresses, smiles and wiggling bums. They are an all girl, Liverpool based, acoustic three piece playing original songs with an array of comical instruments/toys.

Drawing influence from harmony legends such as The Beach Boys and the Dixie Chicks, their sets have been described as “frantic yet adorable” and “swoonsome country/folk”.
