Evil piccolo is singer/songwriter Richard Carpenter based in the north west of England, He brings a heavy rock feel to the acoustic guitar, It's the blend of intimacy and sheer roughness that characterises his style and makes him stand out from most other acoustic artists.
Evil piccolo has been a finalist in classic rock magazines "high voltage" folk off and has supported such artists as Nick Oliveri (Queens of the stone age), Dave Mcpherson (inme) and Mark crozer (Jesus and mary chain) to name a few. His first EP "The EP ep" was released in 2015 and he continues to build a following with his performances.
