A common passion, inspiration and way of seeing the world led, in June 2008, two friends - guitarist Janek Niedzielski and vocalist Filip Zielinski - to join forces on a project called Dianoya.

They had assembled a full band and that was the first step that lead them to record their first long play album “Obscurity Divine”, which has been available since 8th March 2010 in Poland.

The band has recorded a second album called “Lidocaine” which was released by ProgTeam Records on 11th May 2012 in Poland. Lidocaine was also available in the US, distributed through Laser’s Edge and on 4th November 2012 Lidocaine was released by GlassVille Records (Riverside, Paatos) in Europe. After releasing “Lidocaine” Dianoya played several important shows supporting: Iron Butterfly and Terry Bozzio & Stickman.

In 2013 Dianoya played first European tour (with Riverside (PL) and Jolly (US)) in such countries like: England, Scotland, Germany, Holland, Belgium and France. For the first time in its history, the group has performed in front of such a large audience. Concerts got great reviews.

At the beginning of 2014, the band re-entered the studio to record new material. EP "Undone" was released in October 2014.
