Before lockdown Denziety was playing regularly at places like the Fiddler's Elbow and Dublin Castle in London but 2020 brought the live scene to an end and Simon, with a multitude of songs already recorded, contacted his mate Gary, head of A&R at the GEth label and was offered a contract on the spot.

Having spent his early years as a recording engineer and rock music producer Simon knows how to make a good record. With the relative success of his first single 'History', the guys from the label asked him to get a live band together again to take advantage of the festivals. A new line-up for Denzeity was put together, bringing back Paige Proctor on drums, and added Ben Turner or bass, Oscar Caminada James on lead guitar and Del Seymour on piano and keys. Older fans have already remarked that the newer lineup is even tighter and more musically intense than the original one.
