Cutliesthroat, formed out of three childhood friends from Halle/Saale. Gorman (current bass player) handled the drums. Recent singer Marius played the bass, guitarist Vince shredded it from the very beginning.
In April 2013 the band went through a major line up change. Marius took his part as singer and Gorman moved to the bass. The acquisition of Fabian on the guitar and Stephan on drums finally made cutliesthroat become a live capable band.
The group's sound is an energetic blend of Progressive Metal and Djent twisted with the aggressiveness of Deathmetal and the attitude of Hardcore. It spotlights unyielding screams and growls, tight melodic guitars, booming bass and hard-hitting percussion. This combined with the band's kinetic live performance continually attracts listeners of many genres.
