Before launching her career as a solo artist the songstress formed the indie pop/rock duo MEDVSA that released an EP and was a finalist on the EDP Live Bands 2018 contest.
Feeling unsatisfied professionally and personally, Constança decided to change her life for good. She quit her job, found love, focused on her music and moved to London to study Music Performance and ended up finding herself as an artist. She replaced English for her native language and at the same time her sound started to come to life, a mix of all her musical influences from Lusophone music, R&B and Soul.

In the beginning of 2021, while pregnant, the Portuguese artist decided to release her first single. She didn’t wait, took a chance , started her solo career and shared her art with the world. Now, after releasing three singles (“Miúda”, “Corpo a Corpo” and “Dança”), Constança Quinteiro presents her debut EP “Aventurina”, an ensemble of Pop songs heavily influenced by lusophone sounds (Bossa Nova, Axé, Semba, Pagode Baiano), R&B e and Soul, in which the singer-songwriter tells her story and reveals who she is as a person and an artist. Constança Quinteiro começou a cantar e a compor em 2008. Antes de se lançar a solo a cantautora, natural de Sesimbra, ainda integrou o projeto indie pop/rock MEDVSA - com um EP editado e finalista do EDP Live Bands 2018.
Não se sentindo realizada pessoal e profissionalmente, decidiu mudar drasticamente de vida. Despediu-se, encontrou o amor, focou-se na música, mudou-se para Londres para estudar Music Performance e acabou por se descobrir enquanto artista. Substituiu o Inglês pela língua materna nas suas canções e, ao mesmo tempo, a sua sonoridade começou a ganhar forma, podendo-se ouvir as influências da música lusófona, da RnB e Soul no que é hoje a Constança Quinteiro.

No início de 2021, grávida, arriscou e apresentou o seu primeiro single. Decidiu não esperar, avançou com a sua arte, com o início da sua carreira a solo.
