sascha may be influenced by grunge. his guitar playing and his singing can be vehement, but something is always blowing from the distant continent of the soul that cannot be entered with firm steps. thus he suceeds a paradox. his songs storm ahead, his electro-acoustic guitar and his large bass drum wound up in urgent rhythms and figures, but the soul remains at a distance which is necessary to make it visible – the colouring on the horizon. this coloured staining can be seen with a change from harsh, rasping vocals rising to a cry, to singing with a whisper. here is music that is not only pop, here is music that lies in deeper layers, within a mysterious myth
