Chmara Winter project was born in our home town of Bydgoszcz in the mid 2010. From the beginning we didn't speak about the project much.. we just start to make music together. We produce our music mainly from samples that we record our selfs but also from the analog and software instruments. We define our music style somewhere in btw. organic dub tec soul electronica.

The Polish duo who impressed with their 2011 debut "Powidlo” on Pets Recordings returns this summer with the new & fresh music. Kris and Bart's intricate productions and work with audio textures are always a delight and whilst their perfectionism has been known to frustrate their Pets bosses (which producer doesn't right?), their friendship with Catz 'n Dogz has lead to them becoming one of the most exciting musical partnership's of today's electronic dance music.
Their latest "F Me" Ep on Pets Recordings sees Chmara Winter teaming up with Sroczyński and again showcasing their blend of organic dub techno and 'Yazz', a local style of music from their home town of Bydgoszcz in Poland. This combination is further enhanced and bolstered by what the boys describe as 'chunky flava', a weight to their slo-mo beats which, when matched with the sexy and at times downright dirty vocal of Ewa Pruss and delicate Sax licks from esteemed Saxophonist Marek Pospieszalski, creates something extra special.
Chmara Winter last release 'Tucy Chacy' includes Kari Amirian vocals and feature on Body Language vol.12 on Get Physical Records.
