MEnTALfest is a non-profit metal festival in Belgium dedicated to promoting mental well-being, mindfulness, and raising awareness about depression and suicidal thoughts. Organized by Different Mind vzw, the festival donates all proceeds to TEJO centers in Izegem and Roeselare, which provide free psychological support to young people aged 10 to 21 . The inaugural edition in February 2025 at Trax in Roeselare featured a diverse lineup of bands, including Dyscordia, Chaoseum, Secondhand Saints, and Sister May, delivering performances ranging from heavy metal to metalcore . The next MEnTALfest is scheduled for 21 February 2026, promising another powerful blend of music and mental health advocacy.
