François Essindi, musician / artist Cameroon (personal website: abakuya.net) give the LAM Thursday, April 10 at 14h a seminar-concert violin Mvet, a traditional instrument of Cameroon. Anxious to show the world the traditional instruments of his country, François uses modern methods of violin and causes original musical encounters with musicians from classical Western instruments to give this instrument a new way that can ensure its sustainability . During this seminar, we explain François choices that evolution has done for Mvet, both on a technical and financial level, and invite other musicians to join him in different musical improvisations.
