Young Monarch peddle a kind of post-pop that's as confident as it is delicate'- Scruff of the Neck Records

A Manchester based Atmospheric, Post-Rock group, Young Monarch take influences from bands such as London Grammar, Sigur Ros & Foals creating music described as ‘haunting’ and ‘heartfelt’. Completing a tour of Amsterdam in early June, opening for bands such as Lake Komo, Sykes and Larkins around the UK, as well as national airplay on shows such as Amazing Radio, Radio-X and BBC radio 1, this band have achieved a lot in their short time together! Highlights for the band would include their London debut at Tooting Tram & Social hosted by Radio-X DJ John Kennedy, a recent headline show at Nottingham’s ‘Rescue Rooms’ and Londons 'The social' and a BBC Introducing live session.
