The modern mix of hard rock,blues and garage rock was creating a buzz around the band ever since they formed.

The band started in 2013, when singer/guitarist Martynas and lead guitarist Gytis started jamming together at a local pub. 'There was a certain chemistry' they state, 'And we decided it was worthwhile after a few jam sessions'.Shortly after they were joined by drummer Benas and bassist Lukas. Benas was studying jazz and Lukas comes from metal background so they have added a modern twist to the band's sound. 'Me and Martynas were more into classic hard rock kind of thing' says Gytis, 'But the sounds they brought to the band gives as the unique edge and we dig it.' So in the summer of 2015 they did the unprecedented and just swept away all their rivals at both most important Lithuanian young bands competitions – LRT Opus arranged by Lithuanian national radio and Loftas festival, and Golden Fish, held in one of the largest local summer festival Karklė by the Baltic seashore.

As a part of the prize, WOLFSOME got a chance to perform live at Lithuanian Grammys – M.A.M.A. Awards, held in the biggest indoor concert venue in the Baltic States – Žalgiris Arena, receiving even more critic and public acclaim. In January 2016, the band also released their first single “9-5”, a taste of what their upcoming debut album is like, which WOLFSOME will tour heavily throughout the spring and summer of 2016.
