Born in 2010, Vivien Glass is an Indietronic three-piece band, merging the elegance of synth driven electro, with modern primal pop.

Their music has been compared to such artists as
White Lies, Bat for Lashes and Goldfrapp.

Their debut album, 'Awake, My Sleeper' garnered continuous radio play from stations such as the number one alternative podcast Drag Radio. They’ve played such venues as Proud Camden, The Dublin Castle, Hope and Anchor and Sebright Arms. Vivien Glass also performs at Synthetic Love, the reoccurring event hosted at The Resistance Gallery, in collaboration with art collective, BlitzHaus.

Vivien Glass’s music video ‘Part Machine’, created in collaboration with BlitzHaus, was selected for screening at London’s Short Film Festival and officially selected for screening by ASFF in 2014. Their song ‘Wings on Fire’ was used in Blackened Wings, their film collaboration with director Josh Brandao. Blackened Wings was selected for screening for international film festivals including La Jolla, London Short Film Festival, Miami, Global Excellence, and won Chicago’s Coupe D’Or in 2014.

In January 2015, Vivien Glass was selected as the official soundtrack for Phoenix Magazine's Men's fashion week.

Vivien Glass is set to release their sophomore effort JURA, mastered by Mazen Murad (Bjork, The Rolling Stones). They will be releasing the single and music video ‘Black Magic’ in 2015 and will be touring in support of their album’s upcoming release.

Press Quotes:

"Vivien Glass- Stark synthscapes with gently gothique leanings and a cool ambient aura fronted by the lovely ice maiden Ms Glass...John Foxx meets Marilyn Manson via This Mortal Coil..." BugBear Productions

Awake, My Sleeper Review - "On ‘Mercury’ the band really shows off their roots. There’s an icy synth melody that sounds like Gary Numan could have dropped it round in one of his cars. A pranging electronic saw provides a sturdy bassline that’s met with an oscillating synth in octave. More synth strings layer chords with incremental power, but never overwhelms the track’s gloomy, dormant cool."- 7bitArcade

"The band’s effortless style seeps through into all aspects of their creativity. Whether it be their direction of their own romantic, film noir tinged music video for lead single ‘Julius’, or their exciting live performances, complete with; strobes, smoke machines and dramatic stage costumes." -Rhythm and Booze

"having listened to their eighties inspired synth pop, what we’re hearing is the sound of frozen robots emerging from poles to conquer our discos. They know how to write a catchy tune, they have a vocal and synths that are colder than the dry ice they ought to be using in their stage shows (they like a good smoke machine)..."-SupaJam
