Vertigo - originality, musical creativity, sophisticated composition and total improvisation.

In ten years pipeline Vertigo has achieved several successes, namely the Award Zlaty Andel (equivalent of Grammy Awards in Czech Republic) for debut album “Vertigo Quintet” in 2005 as a best jazz record.
In 2008 nomination in the same category for album Vertigo Quintet and Dorota Barova followed. Band has also released live CD in 2006 – Live U Staré Paní. Latest release from 2011 is called Methamorphosis and is an expression of various influences that arise from growing experience of every band member. It has been regarded as revolutionary and unique by the critics.
Vertigo won Czech Grammy ”Zlatý Anděl 2011” for album Metamorphosis.
