Trystavisim is a Ukrainian rock band from Uzhgorod, Transcarpathia.

The band’s sound is inspired by East-European traditional music (Hutsul, Hungarian, Gypsy, Jewish) mixed with rock, punk and dub.

Trystavisim played their first show at Dzyga Club, Lviv during Nabutky Etnoclub sessions. Since their first album release “Percha” (EP) in 2013 the band plays at the biggest and the most popular festivals in Ukraine such as Zaxidfest, Faine Misto, Woodstock Ukraine, Kraina Mriy and many others having shared the stage with world famous bands Enter Shikari, Hollywood Undead, Rasmus, Zdob și Zdub.

Trystavisim’s first full-length album “Latcho” was released in 2015 combining heavy rock, soca, calypso-style beats, Hutzul influences and Carpathian-Balkan motifs into an assertive and vivid tunes that rocked the majority of Ukrainian open-airs and clubs.

The band consists of six people: Pavlo Genov (vocals, acoustic guitar), Vova Shobak (trumpet), Stanistav Mykultsia (accordion), Sergiy Yelagin (guitar), Andriy Shapovalov (bass), Igor Magada (drums).
