In the last five years Troubadour have played some major UK festivals including Beautiful Days, Kendal Calling and Galtres. Their heartfelt acoustic music has seen them share stages with some of their own musical heroes including The Levellers, David Knopfler, Chris Helme (of The Seahorses), Chatham County Line and 3 daft Monkeys. Often being likened to Gomez with hints of Fleet Foxes, Bon Iver and The Levellers; their first album 'Carnival Town' received some great reviews and saw Troubadour gain their first TV exposure with the track 'Shelter' being used on the BBC drama 'Waterloo Road'. After appearances on radio, numerous festivals, a small tour of North America and their own sold out show at the Lowry Salford Quays, Troubadour have been in the studio working hard on new material. With the addition of a drummer and another multi instrumentalist in Bobby Turner their long awaited EP Infinite Expectations was released to a sold out house at the Eagle inn on the 31st of January 2015.
